Elections 2026

The online voting window is strictly scheduled as follows:

Please ensure your vote is submitted before the deadline, as the portal will automatically close and no further entries will be recorded.

• Registered Members Only: Only verified and registered Old Lawrencians (OLs) are eligible to participate in the election. In case of queries, please contact the OLA Administrator, Reventh Noel Udayakumar, OL 2013 on contactus@olalovedale.com or +919489490228 OR click here.
• One Vote Per Member: Each voter is permitted to cast only one (1) ballot. Multiple attempts or submissions using the same credentials will be flagged, and only the first successfully submitted ballot will be counted.

• Finality of Vote: Once a ballot is submitted, it cannot be edited, retrieved, or changed. Please review your selections carefully before clicking "Submit."
• Confidentiality: Your individual vote is confidential. The OLA utilizes secure encryption to ensure that while your eligibility is verified, your specific candidate choices remain anonymous in the final tally.
• Proxy Voting: Online Proxy Voting is not permitted. Proxy voting is only permitted during the voting period during the OLA AGM. For any queries with regards to proxy voting, please contact the OLA Administrator on the details provided earlier.
• Selection Limits: Ensure you do not exceed the maximum number of candidates allowed for each specific post. The system will prompt you if a category is over-voted.

• Contact: Reach out immediately to the OLA Administrator for assistance.
• Best Practice: We recommend using a stable internet connection and a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) to avoid session timeouts.

The results of the Managing Committee elections will be officially announced during the OLA Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29 April 2026.
